Thank you for shopping with gigi + jeremiah. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

The item must include its original packaging and tags.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
To request a return, email admin@gigijeremiah.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If the item was purchased at a discount, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Return Shipping
We provide a free prepaid return label that customers can download and print. No restocking fees apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
